MS-13 gang members arrested in slayings of NY teen girls

2 suspected MS13 gang members charged in ‘satanic’ slaying of teen girl appear in court
The Houston Police Department was investigating the aggravated sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl who claims she was kidnapped and repeatedly molested by members of the MS13 Gang at an apartment in the 2900 block of Gessner Road.
Diego Rivera, 18, and Miguel Alvarez-Flores, 18, turned around, and smiled and waved at television cameras shortly before having the charges against them read in open court.
The girl told investigators that at one point, the leader of the gang, Diabilco, held her down and tattooed the image of the grim reaper on her body from her knee down to her foot, prosecutors said. They took her to an apartment where they got her high and drunk before she was sexually assaulting by a man known as "Flaco", court records revealed.
The worldwide MS-13 gang originated in California, then spread across the country, with a particularly heavy presence on Long Island, in Queens and in parts of northern New Jersey. Court documents say the girl was forced to ingest drugs and alcohol, keeping her intoxicated the entire time. The murdered girl was allegedly killed as part of a satanic ritual, KTRK ABC13 reported. According to the teen's testimony to police, inside the Gessner apartment was a shrine dedicated to the gang member's Satanic beliefs. Instead, he claimed, "the Beast" wanted a soul. When the teen awoke the next morning, Genesis was gone.
Following his arrest, Rivera reportedly told police the details surrounding the final hours of "Genesis'" life. Investigators said the accused men made up a rouse that they were taking Genesis with them on a run to meet the gang's marijuana supplier.
Prosecutors said Alvarez-Flores handed Hernandez-Rivera a pistol and suggested he shoot Genesis. Rivera is accused of pulling the trigger, ending Genesis's life with a single gunshot wound to the head.
The body of the victim, believed to be 15 to 25, was found on Sharpcrest near Corporate on the morning of February 16.
Bail has been set at $150,000 for both men.
It's not clear if the defendants have been appointed attorneys. She has long dark, wavy hair and pierced ears. "It looks like it was just rolled up, opened the door, rolled her out and left". She was also wearing three silver rings, including one with elephants. If you recognize her, contact Houston police.
