Monopoly replaces boot, wheelbarrow, thimble with fan picked tokens
The Thimble, Boot and Wheelbarrow pieces have been axed in favour of the Penguin, Rubber Duck and T-Rex pieces that will be introduced to all future Monopoly games alongside the Scottie Dog, Top Hat, Car, Battleship, Cat pieces.
Three Monopoly pieces are being replaced by a t-rex, a penguin, and a rubber ducky. There are new tokens in town.
City-based Hasbro is gearing up to celebrate World Monopoly Day on March 19 by announcing the winning tokens from the Monopoly Token Madness Vote.
The existing Scottish Terrier, battleship, racecar, top hat and cat tokens will carry on.
