Trevor Noah: Trump and Alex Jones Are 'Basically Doing the Same Thing' (Video)

Trevor Noah Thinks InfoWars' Alex Jones and Donald Trump Are 'Basically Doing the Same Thing' (Video)

It's day four of Alex Jones' custody trial in Austin, Texas, and we're already getting around to the part where Jones blames the global elite for not being able to handle his shit anymore.

Noting that the lawyer's "he's just a radio character" defense emerged in a child custody case following Jones' divorce, Noah plays an alarming clip of the maniacal Infowars host and wonders how any woman could possibly want to leave him - or why the former Mrs. Jones would think he shouldn't be raising children.

The Austin American-Statesman reports ( ) that Jones discounted any suggestion that he's "playing a trick on the public" with his on-air persona.

"I don't have a calendar in front of me", Jones told Newman, refusing to confirm that the sex continued and that his new wife, who is eight months pregnant, knew about his other relationship.

Trump Could Help And Hurt GOP In 6th District Runoff
In a tweet, the president congratulated Republican Karen Handel for making it into a runoff with Democrat Jon Ossoff. The Democrats "were clear going into this election", White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer said.

During testimony at his child custody hearing Thursday, Alex Jones said that while he smoked marijuana in high school, as an adult he has cut back his use.

So yeah, between that and the possibility that Jones violated a gag order by posting a video of himself on the way to court screaming about how he's not a phony on Monday, everything is going great.

"That's what police do". He then added that he tested it because he believes it is now too strong - a development he blamed on billionaire and political donor, George Soros, who he claimed in court has "brain damaged a lot of people".

The Austin-based host also accused philanthropist George Soros of funding a marijuana legalization campaign - echoing his "InfoWars" broadcast.
