The Great British Bake Off will run for 75-minute episodes when it is shown on Channel 4, giving audiences an hour of content plus ad breaks.

Each week Jo will be joined by celebrity fans of the show who will offer their verdict on each week's bakes and debate their favourite baker.

Great British Bake Off judge Paul Hollywood will share the personal story behind his rise to culinary stardom in a new cookery show.

Jo commented: "As a completely mediocre baker myself, but lover of all things spongey and tarty, I am really looking forward to another Extra Slice and all the fun and frolics that brings".
