Bella Hadid suffered a serious wardrobe malfunction as she stepped out at the Cannes Film Festival. Bella Hadid and her red satin dress caused a stir when past year, that time she opted the precariously-designed red dress she later described as a "big risk". She and Hadid were all smiles after running into each other on the red carpet, and reunited for a photo after the event.
