Liverpool hold talks with Manchester United and Chelsea target Tiemoue Bakayoko

The report claims that Bakayoko is set to leave the newly crowned Ligue 1 champions this summer and four clubs have opened negotiations with the midfielder's representatives - Chelsea, United, Liverpool and Paris Saint-Germain.

The 22-year-old's form has attracted interest from the Premier League with the Mirror citing a report from Le10 Sport recently that suggested Manchester United were leading Chelsea in the race to sign the midfielder.

Chelsea are preparing a major offer for Tiemoue Bakayoko.

Jose Mourinho is gearing-up for a busy summer as he needs to strengthen his squad if he's to make United genuine title challengers again and Bakayoko could be viewed as the ideal long-term replacement for Michael Carrick.

Bakayoko is also on Manchester United's radar.

The Blues will be looking to defend their title next season and make an impact on their return to the Champions League, and France global Bakayoko could add vital depth to a relatively thin squad.

Nwely-crowned Ligue 1 victor and Champions League semi-finalist Tiemoue Bakayoko could swap one title-winner for another this summer, with Chelsea making him their top target in a deal which could see Michy Batshuayi head in the other direction.

The 23-year-old has barely featured for Chelsea in the Premier League this season despite scoring the goal that won them the title against West Bromwich Albion last week.
