Pakistan crush India to win the ICC Champions Trophy

Bangladesh's Tamim Iqbal is bowled by India's Kedar Jadhav during the Champions Trophy semifinal cricket match at Edgbaston Birmingham England Thursday

Itwas one of the hottest days in London and the Pakistan team suddenly became too hot to handle as India failed to cross the final hurdle in their Champions Trophy summit clash at the Oval yesterday.

"Pakistan is celebrating their biggest victory against their archrival".

Bottom-ranked Pakistan produced a breathtaking display at London's Oval on Sunday in the climax of a tournament featuring the world's top eight one-day worldwide nations. Fakhar and Azhar Ali fought through a torrid start, especially the southpaw, who survived after nicking a Jasprit Bumrah no-ball through to MS Dhoni.

"We want to be a little more consistent as a team but we've got a group of players here who are fantastic".

Fakhar got another life, and the Pakistan opener embraced it.

Not wanting to let India know he was rattled, he hit two boundaries quickly, plus a third off his helmet, and he was on his way.

Earlier, a magnificent maiden one-day worldwide ton by Fakhar Zaman, a 128-run opening stand in which Azhar Ali featured with a composed 59 and first-class management of the middle-overs powered Pakistan to 338 for four.

India, looking to retain the Champions Trophy, went down without a fight as they collapsed to 158 all out and Amir felt his spell was crucial. Imad Wasim. Shadab Khan.

Six The number of sixes hit by lower order batsman Hardik Pandya in his 76. He was named man of the match.

News reports speculate that Mueller could be investigating potential money-laundering by Trump team members. Trump hammered off a second tweet Thursday, again calling the investigation a "WITCH HUNT".

They piled up 338 for four, with Fakhar Zaman making a dashing 114 - the left-handed opener's maiden hundred in just his fourth match at this level since a debut in Pakistan's group-stage win over South Africa.

"As a bowler and as a captain when that is happening. sometimes you have to sit and say "the guy is good enough on the day to tackle anything". The previous best was 84, between Aamer Sohail and Saaed Anwar, in the 1996 World Cup game in Bengaluru.

When India began its chase of 339 and wickets started to tumble, leaving the team tottering at 54/5, it was like the bad old times.

Special arrangements were made to broadcast the final live in community halls, cinemas and parks across Pakistan.

Registering their largest margin of victory in the 129 one-day matches Pakistan has played against India, the victory had fans in Pakistan dancing in the streets, waving Pakistani flags and setting off fireworks. He was picked for the Champions Trophy squad, missed the opening loss to India so didn't have any nightmares to process, then scored 31, 50, and 57 to cement his place. These numbers indicate their utter dominance in the two biggest games of the tournament, against two of the toughest opponents: they beat England by eight wickets with 77 balls to spare in the semi-finals, and thrashed India by 180 runs in the final.

"Today's win shows that no one is favorite when it comes to India v Pakistan match in worldwide cricket", said a beaming Mohammad Ashraf, who distributed candies among people on a street in Rawalpindi.

Pakistan goes into the Champions Trophy final on Sunday with a superior record in one-day internationals to India. The gap remained in this match.
