According to research, the best time of day to get it on is 7.30am.

If spontaneity doesn't work for you, new research has pinpointed the optimal time to get cosy under the sheets.
Researchers worked out the optimum time to do popular activities, and suggested that sex is best done first thing in the morning because energy levels are highest, and the hormones that make us feel good throughout the day are surging.
Male testosterone levels peaked in the morning, meaning they lasted longer in bed, the survey stated.

To get this information, the supplements company asked participants who it considered healthy and active to report back on what times their bodies found best to engage in particular activities. If you're focused on weight loss, the best times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner are 7:15 a.m., 12:15 p.m, and 6:00 p.m. respectively. The key is not to leave it too late because your body needs at least four hours for your liver to recover from alcohol consumption before sleep.
Studies have found that strength is at a low point in the morning and gradually climbs until it peaks in the early evening.
Commenting on the findings, Forza Supplements managing director, Lee Smith, explained: "What we set out to do was to find out the absolute optimum times to work, rest and play".
Jogging is most beneficial at 7am, before breakfast, so is probably best seen as an option to love-making and not a daily part of the timetable.
