James Damore, the software engineer fired by Google for circulating a 10-page manifesto inside the company that suggested women might be under-represented in tech generally and "leadership" inside the company due to their biology, has described the company as "almost like a cult" in an opinion column published the Wall Street Journal.

She concluded that there was no truth in Dimore's suggestion that there is a biological reason there are fewer women in tech leadership. It wasn't until the memo went viral inside Google and was leaked externally last weekend that Google chose to take action, he said.

The engineer, James Damore, was subsequently fired for violating Google's code of conduct.

Google chief Sundar Pichai said Dimore "crossd the line by advancing harmful gender stereotypes in Google's workplace". They can use Memegen to criticise management and openly challenge executives with questions voted on by employees at weekly companywide meetings.

The memo sparked widespread rage and heated debate among employees from various companies including Google, Uber, Yahoo, Airbnb, Microsoft, Facebook and Amazon.

Speaking about the team, Virat mentioned that they didn't practice today, but are confident ebough to hit the field tomorrow. Giving them instructions were chief selector Sanath Jayasuriya and senior members of the Sri Lankan team management.

For those not following along, Damore, a senior engineer at the world's biggest search engine, wrote a memo about a month ago entitled "Google's Ideological Echo Chamber".

Damore concludes that "the viewpoint I was putting forward is generally suppressed at Google" but it was because of the "giant media controversy" that he was let go. Around half of the 60 women considering suing Google are current employees, Finberg said, adding that over a dozen women admitted that discrimination at work played a role in their leaving the firm.

Someone with access to an employee-only version of Google Plus made screenshots of messages written by Google employees pledging to create blacklists of colleagues not supportive of the company's diversity measures.

"Googlers are writing in, concerned about their safety and anxious they may be "outed" publicly for asking a question in the Town Hall", Pichai told employees, explaining his decision to cancel the all-hands meeting. Fired4Truth, widely believed to be Damore's Twitter account, is closing in on 50,000 followers in a matter of days.

Damore has also filed a complaint with the National Labor Relations Board and has expressed interest in taking legal action against Google. Hundreds of millions of people rely on Google and its products, if not a billion or more, all of which have to do with communications and social interaction. Google was justified in revoking his right to represent it as an employee. His words came hours after he canceled a company-wide meeting on gender issues. The loud voice here is a liberal one.
