Now The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that judge William Martinez has thrown out Mueller's case against Taylor Swift because the former radio DJ could not provide enough evidences of Swift personally getting him ravage.

Mumbai: American pop star Taylor Swift has secured a legal victory in an ongoing sexual assault trial against ex-radio host David Mueller.

Taylor Swift is no longer a defendant in a lawsuit brought by a former DJ in Colorado who says her allegation that he groped her led to his firing, a judge ruled Friday evening. According to reports, the jury was sent home this weekend before the judge will decide on the counterclaim brought by Swift's attorney to exclude her from Mueller's lawsuit. Swift is countersuing Mueller and alleges assault. Taylor Swift is claiming that Mueller grabbed her just beneath her skirt and one of her security guards witnessed it.

Dent told the court he was steps away when Mueller posed with his girlfriend and the pop star. "So in my opinion, I knew he touched her", he said.
