A group of school children holding Chinese and American flags were waiting to greet her at the zoo.
The first lady had stayed in China as President Trump flew to Da Nang, Vietnam to participate in the APEC summit, a regional economic and security conference.
She passed out stuffed toy eagles from the U.S.to the children and posed for pictures with them.

On day three of her visit, Mrs. Trump visited the panda exhibit at the Beijing Zoo, then toured the Great Wall.

EA has purchased Titanfall developer Respawn Entertainment

Mrs. Trump toured China's famed Great Wall at Mutianyu, where she rode a cable auto to a watchtower, signed a guestbook and strolled along a stretch of the wall for about half an hour with a small group of aides and security officers.
The pair have already visited Japan and South Korea, and arrived in China on Wednesday to meet with President Xi and Madame Peng Liyuan.
