Nicole Miller, Roy Miller's wife, told police that after her husband grabbed her by the hair and began pushing her around, he threw her cell phone into the toilet and wouldn't let her go get it.
A police report states that officers were called to a home where police met Miller's wife, Nicole. She was also missing hair and her shirt was almost ripped off.
She said the 6-foot-1, 320 lb.
