Timing is everything as the pair rise just eighty minutes before the Sun but if you leave it too late then the sky will be too bright to see them.
Sky gazers and space enthusiasts will be up for a treat as Jupiter and Venus will be visible to the naked eye close together in the sky just before dawn. Mars will appear about half way between Jupiter and the crescent moon.
Experts note that to observe the convergence of Venus and Jupiter and other planets will be possible only in clear and cloudless weather, and only in the morning.
Observers will have to have an uninterrupted view to the south-east as the planets will be very low in the sky.

About an hour before sunrise on Monday morning, Venus and Jupiter will rise as one, in a spectacle that will amaze stargazers. The planet will be visible for about an hour before the rising sunlight becomes too bright to see the planet. The sun rises at 6:19am, so you'll want to be out by 5am.
On the East Coast of the U.S., the planets will rise at about 5:30 a.m. local time, according to Space.com, followed by sunrise between 6:30 a.m. and 6:50 a.m., depending on your location.
On Monday morning, the two planets will appear to be less than a degree apart from our vantage point on earth according to Space.com. "So these close conjunctions are destined to occur", according to Sky and Telescope.
