Donald Trump Jr.'s Secret WikiLeaks Relationship Is Unveiled
15 November 2017, 12:47 | Darnell Patrick
WikiLeaks first sent Donald Trump Jr. a direct message over Twitter about two months before Election Day
Donald Trump Jr has released private Twitter correspondence with anti-secrecy website Wikileaks after a United States magazine revealed they had communicated shortly before his father's election.
WikiLeaks slid into Donald Jr.'s Twitter DMs beginning in July 2016, and that October, sent a link to hacked emails from the Hillary Clinton campaign. But he alerted senior advisers on his father's campaign, including his brother-in-law, Jared Kushner, according to two people familiar with the exchanges.
Democrats seized on the revelation, saying Trump Jr. joins a list of other Trump operatives who had private communications with WikiLeaks, including Roger Stone and Cambridge Analytica, a data-mining firm that worked for the campaign.
FBI Launches Probe Into Meek Mill Judge
TMZ reported allegations that the judge tried to strong-arm Mill into leaving Roc Nation for music manager Charlie Mack. The source continued, 'Mack had previously told Meek how he 'knows the judge and he could help him with his case'.
"Hey Donald, great to see you and your dad talking about our publications".
WikiLeaks has denied Russian Federation was the source of the emails it released, including those from John Podesta, Mrs Clinton's campaign chairman.
Trump Jr. downplayed the exchanges as he released them.
Fifteen minutes later, candidate Trump sent out this tweet: "Very little pick-up by the dishonest media of incredible information provided by WikiLeaks. So dishonest! Rigged system!" "Strongly suggest your dad tweets this link if he mentions us wlsearch.tk", the WikiLeaks Twitter account wrote to Trump Jr. The New York Times has identified the senior policy adviser as Stephen Miller, who is now a top White House aide.
The anti-secrecy organisation WikiLeaks, whose steady release of hacked emails helped shape the 2016 presidential campaign, reportedly reached out to Donald Trump Jr before the election and into his father's presidency. "Their attempts to get information were unsuccessful, and he did not bite", he said.
On those occasions when the communication concerned information that had already been released, the tweets or other communications would include a link to the post on the Wikileaks website where the information could be found. He also asked the site about a rumor about an upcoming leak.
WikiLeaks' 2016 hacks worked in the Trump campaign's favor, and the Central Intelligence Agency determined Russian Federation was behind the documents stolen from the Clinton campaign and given to WikiLeaks.
"The Vice President was never aware of anyone associated with the campaign being in contact with WikiLeaks", Pence spokeswoman Alyssa Farah said.
Glaser has continued to follow the story as well, publishing a Medium blog post earlier this week - just before The Atlantic's piece - about Robert Mueller's probe of the relationship between Russian Federation and Trump.
Nintendo making Mario movie with USA studio
But because it's still in the early stages of development, we'll probably have to wait several years for its release. Back in 2014, Sony was in talks with Nintendo for an animated Super Mario Bros . film but a deal was never announced.
Gal Gadot's Wonder Woman ultimatum
As the insider further explained, Gadot knew the distributor would side with her on this issue. I stand by all the courageous women confronting their fears and speaking out.
NASA launching JPSS-1 weather satellite
Each will circle the globe 14 times a day, 50 minutes apart and provide full, global observations for US weather prediction. Several duplicate satellites are in the pipeline in the decades ahead, he said. "JPSS will continue this trend".
