The "Saving Private Ryan" actor was forced to leave a Utah film set after the young girl told her parents that Sizemore touched her genitals, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

McGregor came forward to reveal the incident to THR, and several cast and crewmembers chose to talk to the publication in light of Hollywood's move to be more open and deal with sexual misconduct in the wake of the Harvey Weinstein sex scandal.

USA TODAY reached out to Sizemore's representatives but has received no response.

The actor, who had a history of drug use and charges of battery against women, was dropped by his management firm and agency shortly afterward.

"This is when Sizemore allegedly either rubbed his finger against the girl's vagina or inserted it inside", THR reported.

"We talked to Tom at the time, and told him everything that had been told to us, and he said: 'I've done a lot of bad things, and I'd never do anything with kids.' We considered whether we had some responsibility to him to not pass judgment on him", Manshel told The Hollywood Reporter. I was watch her.

Now 26, the former actress did not answer questions about the alleged incident but raised the possibility of taking legal action against Sizemore and her parents. Stephen Rice, a representative for the actor responded to the allegations with, "Our position is 'no comment'".

Casting director Catrine McGregor says she was informed of the matter by the girl's parents, who said that when their daughter put on bathers the next day, "it reminded her of the day before, in an upsetting way - that the bathing suit's contact against her felt like what happened when the man had put his finger inside her".

Sizemore's career has also been marred by arrests on domestic violence and drug charges, and he has also had a public battle with addiction.

"There was never any doubt", Maufas said. "We also talked to Tom at the time, and told him everything that had been told to us, and he said: 'I've done a lot of very bad things, and I'd never do anything with kids.' We considered whether we had some responsibility to him to not pass judgment on him".

Three of the film's producers said Sizemore was removed from the set as soon as they learned about the accusation, but claimed examination of the photos taken on-set didn't provide material evidence of the girl's abuse. "He was this guy who was already known for making inappropriate comments, being drunk, being high". "We're talking about consistent behavior, just being "Tom Sizemore" on set every day".

He added that the girl's parents spoke to police about the incident, but did not press charges, and did not want the girl to be taken off the movie.
