President Trump Announces Delay of Fake News Awards

President Trump to Announce 'Fake News Media' Awards Monday

President Trump has postponed his highly anticipated "Fake News Awards" for a week in an apparent effort to build even more suspense over the dubious honors.

On 3 January Mr Trump said he would be announcing "THE MOST DISHONEST & CORRUPT MEDIA AWARDS OF THE YEAR" on Monday 8 January at 5.00pm.

The 71-year-old said he would be handing out his "dishonest media" awards in various "fake media" categories, ranging from "dishonest" to "bad reporting".

The awards ceremony was supposed to be held today. But now his fans and the journalists will have to wait another 10 days.

It is not clear how the change in plans will affect "The Global Press Oppression Awards" which were to be presented by the Committee to Protect Journalists at the same time.

Trump last week tweeted that he would announce the recipients of the "media awards" Monday. "Stay tuned!" Mr. Trump ended his tweet on the subject. Does anyone doubt that such constant Trump targets as CNN and the New York Times will be among the "winners"?

The November 27th tweet by Trump stated, "We should have a contest as to which of the Networks, plus CNN and not including Fox, is the most dishonest, corrupt and/or distorted in its political coverage of your favorite President (me)".

Despite the lack options he has at his disposal, Wenger admits Mavropanos is not yet ready to make his Premier League bow. The Gunners have been linked with Chelsea's David Luiz, who is seemingly on his way out of Stamford Bridge.

Trevor Noah's "Daily Show" also has a for-your-consideration graphic on its Twitter feed. "Victor to receive the FAKE NEWS TROPHY!", he wrote on the micro-blogging site on November 27. "Or, as we call them in the business, the Fakies".

The Trump campaign further said that the Americans are exhausted of being lied to.

As per the Trump Campaign list, the competition for "King of Fame news" is between three news organisations.

It said, "ABC News "MISTAKENLY" reported that candidate Trump directed Michael Flynn to make contact with Russian officials before the election".

"Because nothing gives you more credibility than Donald Trump calling you a liar".

Other parts of the book described how White House staff and the President's own family are forced to treat Mr Trump like a "child", that he often repeats himself and that the people around him frequently question his suitability for the role.
