The show's producers, the Gordon Frost Organisation, said they were taking the allegations against the former Gold Logie victor very seriously.
Throughout the six years of production of Doctor Blake it has not only been an enormously popular show on air but popular with cast and crew who come back to work on the series year after year Craig has been central to this success both in front of camera and on set.
Aussie actor Craig McLachlan has been hit with allegations of indecent assault, sexual harassment and that he exposed himself to female colleagues.
Australian Broadcasting Corp. reported Tuesday that another two members of the 2014 "Rocky Horror" cast had gone to police with allegations against McLachlan following publicity surrounding the original allegations. We do not tolerate any form of behaviour, which makes anyone feel threatened or uncomfortable for whatever reason in the workplace.
It was considered quite odd when the ABC axed Doctor Blake given that it was pulling in a million viewers an episode.
McLachlan is the latest high-profile man in the entertainment and media industry to be accused following the Harvey Weinstein scandal in the US.
She told the ABC she was dismayed when she learned he had been cast but felt she had to continue to have a civil relationship with him for the sake of her career. "So he would keep kissing as if he was going to keep going and I would have to swat him away".
"I said, Don't you kiss me".
"I was incredibly disappointed, although not surprised", Whelan-Browne told the ABC. He said, "You are nothing. And in that moment, I believed him".
Christie Whelan Browne, who performed in the lead role of Janet in the 2014 production, also alleged she was indecently assaulted during the live show, claiming McLachlan would go off-script during a sex scene. "It would be distressing to us if anyone within our company was dismissive of sexual assault allegations, and this will form a part of our internal investigation".
The Rocky HorrorAustralian tour is scheduled to play in Adelaide until January 13, before moving on to Brisbane, Perth and Melbourne.

Dylan Farrow Wants To Know When Woody Allen's Time Will Be Up
I seem to remain secondary to their ambition, which undermines the powerful and embracing message they are trying to send. Since 1993, Farrow has stood by her accusation that Allen, her adoptive father, sexually abused her when she was a child.
Trump says he doesn't think Winfrey will run
She was born into a poor home in MS but broke through as a television news and talk show personality in the 1980s. She really did want to say, 'Enough already, ' and I think she delivered on all that in a very eloquent way.
