The memo could be correct, according to the new poll, which shows that 79 percent of voters say Dreamers should be allowed to stay in the us and obtain citizenship. "Something noble about the presidency", former CBS news anchor Dan Rather told Salon in November.
And it doesn't stop there:In an open-ended question, allowing any answer, 69 voters (not percent) describe Trump's first year in office as a "disaster", followed by 62 voters who say "chaotic", 44 voters who say "successful", 28 voters who say "horrible", 27 voters who say "great", 26 who say "good", 24 who say "terrible", 24 who say "embarrassing" and 23 who say "interesting".
When asked who was more responsible for the current economic conditions, nearly half of respondents, 49 percent, said former President Obama, while 40 percent named President Trump.
Approximately 37 percent of voters said they believed Trump's economic policies are "helping" the US economy, while 29 percent believed Trump's policies were "hurting" it.
The survey was conducted January 5-9 among 1,106 voters and has a margin of error of 3.6 percentage points.

Democrats turned out in force for the 2017 Virginia election, making up 41 percent of voters to the Republicans' 30 percent, according to CNN exit polls.
Quinnipiac also quizzed voters on whether they feel Trump was intelligent and fit for the Oval Office.
The January 10 national poll found Trump is intelligent, but not fit or level-headed, US voters say; first year was "disaster", "chaotic", "successful".
Despite this, Trump tweeted out portions of the poll on Thursday.
