Ramsay Stattman Vela & Price Inc. now owns 52,013 shares of the iPhone maker's stock worth $8,016,000 after purchasing an additional 1,668 shares during the period.

Now, there is a new report on the large iPhone X. Macotakara reports that Apple is working on an iPhone with a 6.5-inch display.

Apple's iPhone X has exceeded the company's expectations and is performing exceptionally well in both the domestic and the worldwide markets. It will retain the iPhone X's FaceID as well as narrow-bezel OLED display. There could also be no camera bump on the back.

According to an internal document that was acquired by MacRumors, Apple updated its service policy for iPhone X units suffering from Face ID issues.

Mac Otakara has a pretty good track record of providing accurate leaks about Apple's unannounced products. Unfortunately there have been a number of cases of Face ID failing to recognize users, even when trained correctly.

Apple has aggressively pushed coders to build the apps with the latest Software Development Kit (SDK) so that the iOS apps continue to adapt with the new features and continue to match pace with the modern technology. The Face ID replaced the biometric scanner which was first introduced with iPhone 5s.

What's interesting here is that the fix process for faulty devices doesn't even include the Face ID system, rather involves repairing the rear camera. The horizontal support designed for iPads should also work on the iPhones. We're still months away but nearly everything about the three new iPhones has been leaked.

The photo below purports to show what the alleged 6-inch LCD-based iPhone will look like next to the current iPhone X. Instead of having a 6.1-inch screen, sources are claiming it will only have a 6-inch panel. The new product will be only 2 mm thicker than the eighth version in connection with the design of dual cameras and a vertical orientation.

Still, a 6.5-inch iPhone X Plus wouldn't be tiny. It is unclear how they would improve the image quality. However, the connection between FaceID and rear camera still remains a mystery. The feature is enabled by a "True Depth" camera system in the A11 neural engine.

Apple's iOS 11 was released on June 5, 2017, at the company's WWDC (Worldwide Developers Conference). It consists of a 40MP wide-angle lens, a 20MP monochrome sensor, and an 8MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom.
