The girl was thrown from an inflatable trampoline at Gorleston beach at about 11:00 BST on Sunday and died in hospital of her injuries.

A home office postmortem examination is due to take place to determine the cause of her death.

At the beach a police cordon is in place around the fencing that surrounds the "Bounce About" children's area.

Robert Halfon, the Conservative MP for Harlow, tweeted: "Another horrific tragedy after the horrific tragedy in #Harlow in 2016".

According to a report by The Telegraph, the police at Norfolk, in England, were called soon after.

The girl, believed to be around four years old, was in cardiac arrest when ambulance crews arrived.
