Police interviewed the women, who said they had been instructed to clean the apartment by one of Brown's representatives.
According to police, officers were called to Brown's apartment on April 23 for a report of a theft.
Security and police were called to the scene and determined the items came from Brown's place - and the whole thing was captured on surveillance video.
The next day, cops were called back to the apartment complex after getting calls about Brown throwing furniture - including vases - off his balcony.
The reports, which were obtained by TMZ Sports, shed new light on a civil lawsuit first reported earlier Tuesday regarding Brown and a man who claimed his 22-month-old toddler was almost killed when the All-Pro wideout tossed furniture from the 14th-floor balcony of his Sunny Isles Beach apartment on April 24.
Sternberg claims "Mr. Brown was extremely agitated, acting aggressively, and yelling at security personnel when [police] arrived to the scene". A glass coffee table was broken along with other items.
The lawsuit filed contends two very large vases, an ottoman and other pieces of furniture landed just feet away from the child and his grandfather.
Another lawsuit claims Brown almost hit a 22-month-old child and her grandfather with two vases and an ottoman that he threw out on April 24. The following day, police again returned to the complex after Brown said someone had stolen his black Rolls-Royce.
But, when cops showed up to his apartment, Brown said, "I found the car" and closed the door in their faces.
