Google employees, who walked off the job to protest the internet company's lenient treatment of executives accused of sexual misconduct, leave after attending a protest rally on Thursday, Nov. 1, 2018, in NY.

A similar scene was witnessed at Google offices in India, Dublin, London, Tokyo, Singapore, Zurich, Berlin, Chicago, Seattle and at its headquarters in Mountain View, California.
The demonstration comes after Google CEO Pichai sent out memos stating the company was taking a hard stance against inappropriate behavior and that employees would have the support they needed to show up for the protests.
"Employees have raised constructive ideas for how we can improve our policies and our processes", he said.
