He's reportedly put together a packet of evidence that will be given to the Cook County State Attorney.
"I don't think Kim Foxx should be giving any legitimacy to reality TV allegations", Stephen Greenberg said in a statement to the Chicago Sun-Times.
While no charges have now been brought in Kelly's other residence of Chicago, Cook County state attorney Kim Foxx held a press conference on Tuesday to encourage any victims to "please come forward".

Foxx said she has been "in contact with" people who have information related to claims in Cook County.
A Georgia man involved with a recent documentary detailing abuse allegations against R Kelly told police the singer's manager threatened him. Prosecutors had argued a videotape showed him engaged in graphic sex acts with a girl as young as 13.
Activists and reporters have for years tried to bring light to Kelly's alleged actions. His albums continued to top charts while he was on trial for child pornography, and many of his hit songs, like "I Believe I Can Fly" and "Ignition (Remix)", are still played widely.
